Our loyalty is only to our client, as is our reward. We believe in building long term relationships with our equity partners, to our mutual benefit. We operate on a fixed fee basis, with a final profit share once realised.

We also have the capability to introduce, on a rigourously selective basis, our overseas clients to a very successful UK property fund, with whom we have a succesful track record, if a JV approach is preferred.
